As the Senior Consultant at Natural Capitalism Solutions, Paul specializes in organizational development, and staff training. He consults widely for businesses, governments, non-profit groups and philanthropists.
Since 2003, Paul has worked closely with Hunter Lovins, co-teaching "Principles of Sustainable Business Management," "Implementing Sustainable Business Practices," and "Effective Management, Communication and Action" at Presidio School of Management, the first fully accredited M.B.A. program in Sustainable Management.
Paul will assist in presenting the Sustainability Core Competencies module of the Clean and Green Jobs Training and Mentoring Initiative. He holds a lifetime community college teaching credential in Business and Industrial Management, is a former member of the faculty of Presidio School of Management and Colorado Mountain College, the former owner of a regional personnel agency, a former member of the Vocational Advisory Board at Soledad State Prison in California, and a former volunteer literacy tutor at California’s Correctional Rehabilitation Center, in Norco, California, where he also assisted with delivery of the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) to inmates.
Paul holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human development, from Pacific Oaks College, in Pasadena, California.
